How bright is the Lightbox

Only the brightest LED's are used for maximum brightness and even the smallest lightboxes are bright enough to light up a room. However, the brightness can be adjusted using the remote control

How do I hang the Lightbox up

Each Lightbox is very easy to hang and comes with screws and rawl plugs with fixtures on the back. Depending on the size and weight, some Lightboxes can be easily hung using nails

How long is the cable

The cable is 1.5 metres in length and comes with a UK plug

What is the energy output

Each Lightbox uses a 12 Volt plug, and is extremely low cost to run

About the remote control

The remote control allows you to choose unlimited colours and will work from approximately 4 metres away. You can have it stay on one colour, fade between colours, flash on and off, or jump between colours

Do you offer refunds

Due to the nature of the business, and every item being handmade with the upmost care, refunds or exchanges are only available in the extremely unlikely event of a fault with the product

What is the shipping time

Due to the nature of the business, and every item being handmade to order, shipping time is 1-2 weeks, although most items will be shipped sooner than this
